Combining both food and music together, our festival bridges two creative endeavors. The competition starts on Friday and then on Saturday, guests will be able to enjoy samples of the incredible offerings from these amazing cookers. To learn more about the three competitions, read on below!
Can you take the heat?
The best BBQ & chili cooks from across the Southwest will come to Red River to prove their skills and compete for cash, prizes, and bragging rights. Festival attendees are typically invited to taste samples of the offerings on Saturday.
